Non-destructive Rehabilitation and Repair of Pipelines
Non-destructive rehabilitation of pipelines is technology that rehabilitates existing pipes by the insertion of a sleeve of new pipe into the old pipe (host pipe) rather than replacing it in its entirety. Work is completed with minimum disturbance to the environment and surroundings.
This method upgrades today’s conventional methods and makes it possible to rehabilitate and renew existing pipes even in locations where repair or replacement busing regular methods is impossible. (Beneath railway tracks, under bridges, busy road junctions, in a crowded urban environment and more).

Flow Liner – Neofit
Neofit is patented technology for coating pipes developed by Flow Line, a company that has been active around the globe for more than 40 years. The company provides innovative solutions to homeowners, industry and local authorities.
Pipe rehabilitation using Neofit make possible fast installation using a 0.3 mm thick “guest” pipe that is inserted into the existing pipe and the use of a patented system that causes the inserted pipe to cling to the sides of the old pipe. Thus, it is possible to totally rehabilitate the old pipe without any significant decrease in the diameter of the old pipe. This technology also halt corrosion and is a solution for leakage problems.
The technology is approved for use with drinking water in Israel and the world.
