Within its activity, the YSB Group executes entrepreneurial projects in construction and residence for rent. Recently the Group has initiated a construction project of 120 residential units for students at the center of the old town in Beer Sheba, integrating an ancient home for preservation.
The Group handles BOT projects in several areas, among others, transportation projects, desalination projects and facilities projects. The projects are carried out in cooperation with companies from Israel and abroad.
The Group is involved in developing and financing projects in the area of energy saving, through the Menolinx Company. The company is bringing forward the change in which large lighting systems are becoming Intelligent Street Lighting. The technology, which includes tools for control and command of all end units – Lamp ID – enables energy efficiency and significant reductions in electricity consumption, and it forms a central factor in a reliable infrastructure for digital cities and smart network systems.
